1. Digital Downloads (eBooks, PDFs, Guides)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have trouble accessing your download, contact us for support.
2. Online Courses
We offer a limited refund window for courses under these conditions:
✅ You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
✅ You have completed less than 20% of the course content
After this period, or if course progress exceeds the limit, no refunds will be issued.
If you are unsure whether a course is right for you, please contact us before purchasing.
3. Coaching Services
Coaching sessions are non-refundable once scheduled and confirmed.
However, you may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Please communicate directly with your coach if you need to make changes.
4. Subscriptions and Memberships
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
No partial refunds are issued for unused time or early cancellations
We recommend canceling before the next billing date if you do not wish to renew.
5. Payment Issues or Duplicate Charges
